Integrated flavor production and logistics
Our Liège site brings together the laboratory, the production facility and logistics. This organization determines three things you will notice on your orders: lead times, volume flexibility and the quality of traceability.
An infrastructure designed for agility
Many players in the sector operate in a fragmented chain: creation in one country, production in another, logistics entrusted to a third party. Synaco has chosen the opposite approach. Our production unit is located a few meters from our laboratories.
This proximity has a concrete consequence. When a batch shows a sensory deviation, the flavorist who designed the formula can be at the tank within a minute. When a customer matrix behaves poorly in production, the applications team steps in without waiting for a file handover. Every batch is the product of a short, controlled and documented chain.
Volume flexibility
We produce small runs for test developments or emerging brands as well as industrial volumes for international groups.
For you, this changes two things. You are not constrained by prohibitive minimum order quantities, so you can test a launch without tying up your cash. And you adjust your volumes to the actual pace of your sales, rather than the pace dictated by your supplier’s production schedule.
A strategic position at the heart of Europe
Liège is one of the continent’s main logistics hubs. Our site is directly connected to major highways leading to France, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. In practice, this shortens delivery times throughout the Benelux and northern France, and enables efficient logistics to Germany and Eastern Europe.
Complete traceability, end to end
Every incoming raw material is identified, checked and recorded. Every batch produced is traced, referenced and documented.
If one of your customers asks about an order delivered a year ago, we can retrieve the entire record within minutes: raw materials used, lot numbers, checks performed, delivery date and destination. This is what your own auditors will ask you for, and it is a pillar of our FSSC22000 certification.
Quality certifications
- FSSC22000 : international standard for food safety
- Kosher : compliance with Jewish religious requirements
- Halal : compliance with Muslim religious requirements
These certifications open access to the markets that require them, notably in the Middle East, in Asia and in European community markets. They are also part of the answer you will need to provide during your own customer audits.
